Pharmacist – Dispensing, Counseling & Inventory Management

About the role

We are seeking a qualified and motivated pharmacist to join our team in Seethammadhara. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality pharmaceutical care, ensure safe medication use, and support the overall health of our patients.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions according to doctors' orders while maintaining patient safety.
• Provide clear counseling on medication usage, potential side effects, and proper storage.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records and manage stock levels to avoid shortages or excess.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Monitor patient outcomes, track responses to therapy, and adjust treatment plans in coordination with the care team.

Required profile

• Degree in pharmacy (B.Pharm, M.Pharm, Pharm.D) or related fields such as BDS, B.Sc, B.E, BVSC.
• Strong communication abilities for effective interaction with patients and staff.
• High attention to detail to ensure accurate dispensing and patient safety.
• Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate across disciplines.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with pharmaceutical advancements.
