Pharmacist – Community Healthcare & Telemedicine

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Dispense medicines according to valid prescriptions and established protocols.
• Guide patients on dosage, usage, timing and safe storage of medicines.
• Coordinate with doctors and the telemedicine team to meet patient requirements.
• Maintain medicine stock, dispensing records and monitor expiry dates.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines.
• Support teleconsultations, health camps and community outreach activities.
• Assist patients in understanding their prescribed medications.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow applicable pharmacy guidelines.
