Personal Trainer – Fitness Coaching in Chennai & Pune

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results‑driven Personal Trainer to join our fitness team at Cultfit in Chennai and Pune. You will work closely with members, assess their fitness levels, design tailored workout plans, and guide them toward achieving their health and performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to determine client needs.
• Design and deliver effective, personalized training programs.
• Provide one‑on‑one coaching with correct exercise technique.
• Educate clients on fitness principles, basic nutrition, and lifestyle habits.
• Monitor progress and adjust training plans for continuous improvement.
• Motivate and support clients to maintain consistency and reach goals.
• Maintain accurate client records and progress reports.
• Promote additional training packages and fitness services to drive engagement.
• Ensure safety and proper use of gym equipment.
• Contribute to a friendly, supportive, and high‑energy gym environment.

Required profile

• Certified Personal Trainer (K11, ISSA, ACE, NASM or equivalent).
• Prior experience as a Fitness Trainer or Personal Trainer (preferred).
• Strong understanding of exercise science, program design, and functional training.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate clients of varying fitness levels.
