About the role

This full‑time, on‑site Dermatologist position is based in Chennai at VCare Hair & Skin Clinics. The role involves conducting patient consultations, performing clinical assessments, diagnosing skin conditions such as acne, and creating individualized treatment plans.

Key responsibilities

• Perform medical and cosmetic dermatology procedures, including laser‑based treatments.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate medical documentation.
• Adhere to safety and clinical protocols throughout all procedures.
• Collaborate with trichologists, cosmetologists and other clinicians to deliver comprehensive care.
• Educate patients on skin and hair health and stay updated with advances in dermatology.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS) with postgraduate specialization in Dermatology (MD/DDVL) and valid registration.
• Proven ability to diagnose and manage a wide range of skin and hair conditions, especially acne.
• Experience or training in cosmetic dermatology and ability to perform aesthetic procedures safely.
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent patient communication and commitment to ethical, non‑discriminatory care.
• Ability to work in a high‑volume, multidisciplinary environment; prior experience in hair and skin clinics is an advantage.
