Personal Shopper

About the role

The Personal Shopper is a front‑line, customer‑facing position within a retail environment. You will provide expert advice, personalized service and fashion guidance to help shoppers select products that match their style and needs.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate customers to visit the store regularly and generate appointments through phone, email and face‑to‑face communication.
• Guide each client through their shopping experience, recommending products and services aligned with current fashion trends and personal preferences.
• Act as the single point of contact before, during and after the sale, ensuring follow‑up and fulfillment of commitments.
• Maintain appointment levels and drive sales through suggestive selling, upselling and increasing items per ticket and average bill value.
• Educate non‑members about membership programs and promote premium (black card) enrollments.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Dynamic, vibrant personality with a strong customer orientation.
• Interest in fashion trends and ability to convey style advice.
• Minimum 12th grade education; a degree in fashion, retail, aviation, hospitality or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
