Performance Marketing Manager – Live Events

About the role

Swiggy’s Scenes platform is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead user acquisition and ticket‑sale campaigns for a fast‑moving live‑events calendar. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, focusing on measurable outcomes rather than vanity metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run performance‑marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google to drive app installs, event discovery and ticket purchases.
• Map the consumer journey from discovery to purchase, using insights to refine targeting and media mix.
• Leverage attribution tools such as AppsFlyer to optimise budgets, improve media efficiency and boost quality scores.
• Maintain deep, hands‑on expertise with Meta Ads Platform, Google Ads algorithms and programmatic channels.
• Own core KPIs – CAC, conversion rate, CTR – and be accountable for achieving them.
• Conduct creative A/B testing and landing‑page optimisation to maximise ad relevance and efficiency.
• Report performance trends, funnel analysis and future projections to guide next‑step actions.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of performance‑marketing experience with a proven track record on Meta and Google platforms.
• Background in an agency or a consumer‑tech/app environment, handling large budgets and diverse problem statements.
• Demonstrated ownership of end‑to‑end campaigns and budget management at scale.
• Strong analytical mindset, stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
• Self‑driven with a bias for action and a results‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) – campaign setup, optimisation and reporting.
• Google Ads – search, display and performance‑max campaigns.
• AppsFlyer or similar mobile‑measurement‑partner platforms.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.
