About the role
We are looking for a PCB Layout Design Specialist to join our Bengaluru team. You will be responsible for creating high‑quality printed‑circuit‑board layouts for automotive electronic control units, ensuring compliance with Bosch design standards.
Key responsibilities
- Design PCB layouts according to defined design rules and automotive standards.
- Develop ECU layouts for various automotive applications.
- Coordinate layout projects with hardware engineers, mechanical teams, and plant personnel.
- Perform design reviews, conduct DRC checks, and release final designs for production.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- 5‑8 years of hands‑on experience in PCB layout design, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage project timelines.
Required skills
- Proficiency with PCB layout tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or Mentor Graphics.
- Strong knowledge of design‑rule checking and automotive ECU requirements.
- Experience in reviewing and releasing PCB designs for mass production.
