Radar Signal Processing System Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Radar Signal Processing System Engineer to join our customer‑facing project team in Bengaluru. You will work on advanced radar signal processing, interference analysis, and safety integration for next‑generation radar products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead system‑level radar projects, focusing on signal processing and interference mitigation.
• Analyse, evaluate and formulate technical requirements in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Develop and maintain safety artifacts for radar signal processing in accordance with ISO 26262 and ISO 21448.
• Integrate current standards and safety practices into future radar generations.
• Provide pragmatic solutions and ensure clear information flow to development teams.
• Contribute to defining safety‑relevant performance limits for upcoming radar systems.

Required profile

• Master’s (MTech) or PhD degree with a focus on radar signal processing, signal interference, or related research.
• Hands‑on project or thesis experience in radar signal processing.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
