Hardware Developer – PS‑SB Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Hardware Developer to work on PS‑SB projects, focusing on embedded control units for sensors, transmission, thermal and high‑voltage systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop embedded control units (12V/24V/48V/400V) for various automotive components.
• Gather hardware requirements from internal and external stakeholders and propose solutions with calculations and worst‑case simulations.
• Select electronic components, create schematics and collaborate with PCB layout teams.
• Coordinate with sample shops, manufacturing plants and software teams to bring hardware to production.
• Define test plans, perform board‑level measurements, analyse results and produce validation reports.
• Conduct hardware debugging, failure analysis and apply structured problem‑solving methods.

Required profile

• Degree in Electronics (BE, ME or MTech).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hardware development for embedded systems.
