Part-Time Telemarketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Part‑Time Telemarketing Executive to join our team in Sankar Colony, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli. The role focuses on outbound calling, promoting our products and services, and generating qualified leads for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers.
• Explain product features clearly and answer customer queries.
• Maintain daily call logs and update customer information in the system.
• Schedule follow‑up calls and assist the sales team in converting leads.
• Coordinate with internal teams for lead tracking and status updates.

Required profile

• Residence in Tirunelveli, preferably Sankar Colony or surrounding areas.
• Freshers or candidates with prior telemarketing/calling experience.
• Good communication skills in Tamil; English is a plus.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
