Outbound Telecaller – Retail Telesales

About the role
We are looking for energetic outbound telecallers to join our retail telesales team. The position involves making voice‑only calls to prospective customers, explaining insurance products and converting leads into sales.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls during the 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM shift.
- Explain insurance offerings clearly in Hindi and English.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Required profile
- Educational qualification: HSC or Graduate; freshers are welcome.
- Fluent in both Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of sales and insurance concepts (preferred).
Required skills
What we offer
- Six‑day work week with Sunday off.
- Freshers: ₹16,000 in‑hand per month (CTC ₹2.53 LPA).
- Experienced candidates: up to ₹18,000 in‑hand per month (CTC ₹2.75 LPA).
