About the role
The Ops Analyst, Payments Static will investigate customer and business transactional enquiries, applying investigative skills, policy knowledge and system expertise to determine outcomes. The role supports the Banking Services Group within ANZ’s Group Operations division.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with stakeholders professionally to resolve or escalate enquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure customers understand their obligations to enable case closure.
- Provide verbal information to stakeholders and support process improvements.
- Promote a culture of change and share knowledge with team members and stakeholders.
- Contribute to team quality through quality checks.
Required profile
- Customer‑coaching mindset with strong focus on service.
- Retail experience preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Highly adaptable, able to multi‑task and handle ambiguity.
- Proactive, initiative‑taking and open to new technologies.
- Knowledge of ANZ systems.
