On-site Technician – Equipment Installation & Maintenance

About the role

Awign is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Technician to join its team in Panaji. The role focuses on installing, maintaining and repairing a variety of equipment used in the company’s hyperlocal services. You will work directly with clients and internal teams to ensure optimal system performance and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and commission equipment at client sites.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs to minimise downtime.
• Monitor system performance and maintain accurate service logs.
• Ensure all work follows safety guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to resolve technical issues promptly.

Required profile

• Diploma or technical certification in a relevant field (preferred).
• Prior experience in a similar technical role is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to on‑site challenges.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
