About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Office Assistant / Receptionist (female) to join our team in Nagaland. The role involves managing front‑desk activities, supporting daily administrative tasks and assisting visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors, handle incoming calls and correspondence.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure a professional appearance.
- Assist with filing, data entry and basic record‑keeping.
- Provide information related to the NPSC course and exam patterns to candidates and stakeholders.
- Support other office staff with routine clerical duties as needed.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Female candidates only.
- Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience.
Required skills
- Good communication skills.
- Familiarity with NPSC course structure and examination patterns.
