About the role
The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and courteous front‑office experience while supporting daily office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and manage the reception area.
- Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain visitor logs and coordinate meeting‑room schedules.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as mail handling and document organization.
- Provide clear information to clients and ensure a professional front‑office experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support day‑to‑day office operations.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Solid phone etiquette and professional reception duties.
- Experience in front‑office or administrative roles (preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, attention to detail and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Diploma or degree in business administration, hospitality or a related field (advantage).
