Front Desk & Client Servicing Executive

About the role

You will be the first point of contact for members and visitors at a premium fitness studio in Juhu. The role blends hospitality with administrative efficiency, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and visitors with warmth and friendliness.
• Manage check‑ins, payments, attendance logs, appointments and membership inquiries.
• Handle phone calls, emails and other communications promptly.
• Support coaches, management and back‑end teams to maintain productivity and reduce chaos.
• Assist in event planning and execution.
• Maintain day‑to‑day studio operations and ensure a tidy front‑desk environment.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, beauty, wellness or fitness.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal skills, energetic and service‑oriented.
• Ability to multitask, stay punctual and handle busy, fast‑paced shifts.
• Proficient with computers, mobile devices and productivity tools; quick typing skills.
• Highly motivated, proactive, creative thinker with solid problem‑solving abilities.
