Non-IT Recruiter – Hyderabad

About the role

Lemora Global is looking for a motivated Non-IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team in Hyderabad. You will focus on hiring for diverse sectors such as construction, healthcare, manufacturing and education, helping connect talent with impactful opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers to design recruitment strategies.
• Manage job postings and craft engaging descriptions.
• Maintain pipelines and track progress in ATS systems.
• Coordinate offers, negotiate terms and support onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and diversity initiatives.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of non‑IT recruiting experience, preferably in construction, healthcare or manufacturing.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills to handle multiple requisitions.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and major job boards.
• Skilled in negotiation and candidate engagement.
