Network Administrator – Level 2

About the role

The Network Administrator – Level 2 will support, configure, maintain and upgrade branch networks in close coordination with headquarters. The role ensures network security, performance monitoring and acts as a liaison for third‑party network applications. You will also prepare regular network and security reports for senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Support, configure, maintain and upgrade branch networks in coordination with HQ.
• Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, latency) and test for weaknesses.
• Ensure network security and connectivity, managing firewalls, IPSEC and SSL‑VPN solutions.
• Resolve issues reported by the local Level 2 support team.
• Define network policies and procedures together with HQ.
• Manage contracts with network‑related suppliers.
• Prepare and present monthly network/security reports to HQ.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in network administration.
• CCNA certification (mandatory) and CCNP (optional).
• Hands‑on experience with Azure networking, Cisco equipment and Fortinet firewalls.
• Proven ability to design, implement and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, IPSEC, MPLS and SSL‑VPN environments.
