MSP Specialist - Talent Solution Delivery, Enterprise

About the role

Randstad Enterprise is looking for a GBS NAM MSP Specialist in Hyderabad to provide client-facing and stakeholder support for the MSP process within its strategic client partnerships. The successful candidate will combine strong MSP knowledge with excellent communication skills, a process-driven approach and keen attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update and close VMS requisitions and guide hiring managers through front-end MSP processes.
• Coordinate pre-boarding tasks such as shortlisting, interviews, work orders and background checks.
• Manage the end-to-end worker lifecycle, including onboarding, contract extensions and offboarding.
• Process timesheets, expense approvals and invoice validations in the VMS.
• Clean and maintain VMS data so that supplier and candidate files and compliance records are accurate.
• Manage the team mailbox to resolve vendor and stakeholder queries quickly.
• Generate basic operational reports tracking worker statuses.

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in MSP or contingent workforce.
• RFO or SAP Fieldglass experience is mandatory.
• Ability to work as a team or with minimal supervision and to communicate with all levels of staff and management.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Suite, including strong Excel and Google skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management.
• Organizational, time management, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented, results-oriented, and able to drive continuous improvement of systems and processes.
