Mid/Senior Recruiter – End-to-End Talent Partner

About the role

Red Sky is looking for a proactive Mid/Senior Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for its own teams and portfolio startups. You will act as a strategic talent partner, shaping hiring strategies and ensuring a top‑class candidate experience across technical, marketing, product and operations roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 360° recruitment processes from job profiling to offer negotiation for Red Sky and its ventures.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers, challenge requirements, and advise on market realities.
• Design and maintain a transparent, respectful interview process that delivers constructive feedback to all candidates.
• Audit and continuously improve recruitment tools, ATS workflows, and hiring steps, introducing modern methodologies when needed.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably a mix of agency (360) and fast‑moving in‑house/start‑up environments.
• Hands‑on, growth‑mindset attitude with the ability to spot bottlenecks and implement solutions independently.
• Strong understanding of IT, software development, digital marketing and product roles.
• Fluent in Polish and English (minimum B2/C1).
• Data‑driven approach with ability to track and optimise hiring metrics.
