Membership Sales Specialist

About the role

Tripistry is looking for a full‑time Membership Sales Specialist to join its North Goa office. You will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s membership plans, guiding prospects through the enrollment process, and nurturing relationships with existing members.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑person and phone consultations to present membership benefits.
• Manage inbound inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with travel and operations teams to align membership offerings with Tripistry services.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and report performance metrics.
• Provide high‑quality customer service, support member onboarding, and deliver training on membership features.
• Collect feedback from members and contribute ideas for program improvement.

Required profile

• Proven track record in membership or sales roles with consistent goal attainment.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills, able to explain benefits clearly.
• Experience delivering training or onboarding sessions.
• Background in travel, hospitality, or membership‑based services is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in North Goa, manage time effectively, and handle multiple leads.

Required skills
