Member of Technical Staff - Enterprise Platform

About the role

At Composio we are building the infrastructure that lets agents communicate with everyday work tools such as GitHub, Gmail, Notion, and Salesforce. As a small, fast‑moving engineering team we focus on turning complex context‑to‑search problems into a reliable bridge between agents and the tools they need.

Key responsibilities

• Evolve platform primitives—governance, auditability, observability, permissions, routing, and control planes—that enterprise agents run on.
• Build a secure integration gateway linking customer agents, SaaS tools, internal systems, and APIs.
• Design multi‑tenant abstractions for isolation, configuration, extensibility, and flexible deployment.
• Transform enterprise onboarding from a services engagement into a repeatable product experience.
• Collaborate directly with customers to identify and fix infrastructure breakpoints in real deployments.
• Make security, compliance, and reliability first‑class product capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong core platform engineering experience, having built systems where abstractions are the product.
• Deep understanding of multi‑tenancy, isolation, authentication, routing, and observability.
• Proven ability to ship reliable systems while product requirements evolve rapidly.
• Enterprise judgment around deployment flexibility, security, admin tooling, and compliance.
• Ability to separate one‑off customer requests from primitives needed by every customer.

Required skills

• Typescript
• Go
• Experience with language models
