Medical Doctor – Corporate Clinic (Bengaluru)

About the role

International SOS is seeking a qualified and compassionate Medical Doctor to join its corporate clinic in Bengaluru. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality primary healthcare, emergency response, and occupational health support to employees within a corporate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide routine medical consultations and primary care for minor illnesses and injuries.
• Deliver first aid and emergency care, including patient stabilization using Basic Life Support techniques.
• Assess patients, determine referral needs, and coordinate specialist consultations.
• Support occupational health programs such as fitness‑for‑duty assessments, periodic medical examinations, return‑to‑work evaluations, and health surveillance.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR systems and ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
• Participate in clinical audits, incident reporting, and continuous quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Promote workplace health and wellness programs while adhering to clinical governance and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.
• Valid registration with the Indian Medical Council or State Medical Council.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum three years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting, with mandatory primary GP care experience.
• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of the local language is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and exercise sound clinical judgment.
