About the role

The 50‑bed multispeciality hospital in Mokokchung, Nagaland is looking for an MBBS qualified doctor to join as a Resident Medical Officer (RMO). The role involves delivering comprehensive clinical care to patients across various specialties while working on a rotational shift schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Examine, diagnose and treat patients presenting to the hospital.
• Manage emergency cases and provide immediate medical interventions.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date patient records.
• Collaborate with senior physicians and specialists for patient management.
• Participate in daily ward rounds and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and infection‑control guidelines.
• Provide on‑call coverage as part of the rotational shift system.

Required profile

• MBBS degree with registration from the Medical Council of India.
• Fresh graduates and experienced doctors are welcome.
• Any gender; willingness to work in a remote location.
• Strong communication skills and a patient‑centred approach.
