Master Data Analyst (SAP)

About the role

The Master Data Analyst will ensure accurate and consistent master data in SAP to support Cellasto's supply chain and logistics operations. You will work closely with global stakeholders to manage material and packaging data throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update material master data in SAP and Stibo STEP, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Perform regular data validation and quality checks to preserve data integrity.
• Manage master data workflows for product creation, number assignment, and approvals, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.
• Support start‑of‑production (SOP) and end‑of‑production (EOP) workflows.
• Administer global packaging master data, maintaining structures, specifications, and system representations.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Engineering, and other stakeholders to align data globally.
• Assist with audits, continuous‑improvement initiatives, and provide backup support during team absences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or related fields, or equivalent academic exposure.
• Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Excellent organizational abilities and high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP (MM/PP modules preferred).
• Experience using Stibo STEP for master data management.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
