Marketing CRM Manager

About the role

ABC Digital is seeking a Marketing CRM Manager to lead the planning, execution and measurement of below-the-line (BTL) marketing campaigns across India. The role will bridge the brand with target audiences through on-site events, kiosks, outdoor advertising and direct consumer engagement to build awareness and generate sales-ready leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, budget and forecast lead requirements in coordination with branch sales teams.
• Design and execute BTL campaigns including college events, webinars, seminars, kiosk installations, outdoor ads, wall paintings, bus advertisements and branding in public spaces.
• Recruit, train and manage agencies, promoters and on-ground sales personnel to ensure seamless lead delivery.
• Collaborate with zonal and branch managers, conduct regular calls to gather marketing collateral needs and align campaign plans.
• Organise and activate corporate, residential-area (RWA), hotspot and college events, as well as webinars and seminars.
• Measure campaign performance, analyse competition and optimise tactics to improve results.
• Work with other line-of-business marketing teams to ensure BTL activities support the overall brand strategy.
• Create seasonal offers for products to boost sales and support inbound lead generation systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience in planning and executing BTL marketing initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple external agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Strong coordination skills for aligning marketing activities with sales objectives.
• Experience in event management, on-site activations and lead generation.
