Market Director – Revenue Management

About the role

The Market Director Revenue Management is responsible for balancing financial objectives across multiple lodging products to maximise total revenue. Reporting to the Market VP, this senior manager oversees pricing, positioning and inventory for all hotels in the market, while maintaining strong relationships with General Managers, franchisees and regional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse revenue data, generate timely reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate reservation system information and support cluster selling initiatives.
• Identify trends, forecast demand and develop pricing strategies for transient and other segments.
• Collaborate with Market GM, property leaders and sales teams on pricing analyses and account diagnostics.
• Lead revenue‑management projects, ensuring alignment with brand philosophy and market sales strategy.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hotel Management or related field with at least 1 year of revenue‑management or sales experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex data and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with hotel owners, franchisees and regional leaders.
