Manufacturing Worker – Multiple Positions (Padra, Gujarat)

About the role

We are hiring immediate joiners for a range of worker positions in our manufacturing unit located in Padra (Luna), Gujarat. The roles involve hands‑on production tasks across various departments and are offered on a contract basis with weekly rotational shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Operate assembly line equipment and perform component fitting.
• Conduct electrical testing, soldering, drilling, and winding activities.
• Handle raw materials, support casting department, and assist with inspection and packaging.
• Perform quality inspection and general production support tasks.
• Participate in weekly rotational shifts with no hazardous processes.

Required profile

• ITI qualification in Fitter, Electrician, Electrical, or Electronics & Communication, or at least 10th pass.
• Healthy candidate with a minimum body weight of 50 kg.
• Immediate availability preferred.
