Manager Systems Analyst – Prepaid Technology

About the role

Mastercard’s Prepaid Management Services division is seeking a Manager Systems Analyst to lead the Prepaid Technology team. You will drive business process re‑engineering, system change impact analysis, and support new initiatives and market rollouts.

Key responsibilities

• Produce functional and technical specifications, use case documents, user stories, and report specifications.
• Conduct gap analyses, change impact assessments, and business process modelling.
• Lead business process re‑engineering and system change initiatives.
• Manage and mentor a team of local Systems Analysts, overseeing their professional development.
• Facilitate business and technical workshops and ensure high‑quality documentation.

Required profile

• Strong story‑writing and documentation skills in plain business English.
• Ability to organise and lead workshops, understand business challenges, and model processes.
• Experience documenting functional, technical, and interface specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Proven line‑management and mentoring experience.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies and a drive to advance Agile practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office, including Visio for high‑quality documentation.
• Experience applying Agile methodology.
• Experience applying Scrum framework.
