About the role

As a Manager, Software Engineering in Mastercard’s Services organization, you will lead the development of analytics applications that process large, diverse datasets from retailers, restaurants, banks and other consumer‑focused companies. The role combines full‑stack development, advanced analytics, and modern web technologies to deliver insights that drive multi‑million‑dollar business decisions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional team to design, build, and maintain analytics platforms on top of vast data sources.
• Drive full‑stack development of business experimentation and optimization software for global clients.
• Collaborate with product, data science and consulting teams to translate complex business questions into technical solutions.
• Expand product offerings and innovate delivery of experimentation solutions.
• Ensure high‑quality, secure, and scalable software architecture aligned with Mastercard’s next‑generation platform.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams in a data‑driven environment.
• Strong background in building end‑to‑end analytics or experimentation products.
