Manager – Reconciliations (Cash, Positions, Private Credit, Derivatives)

About the role

Invesco is seeking an experienced Manager to lead its Reconciliations function across cash, positions, private credit and derivatives. You will provide governance, ensure compliance with regulatory standards and drive operational excellence within a global investment firm.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end governance and oversight of all reconciliation processes, including deal closings, drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, pre‑payments, cash, positions, invoices and derivatives.
• Design, implement and maintain a robust control framework aligned with SOPs, client requirements, SOC1, SOX, regulatory obligations and internal audit standards.
• Lead, coach and develop supervisors and team members, identifying gaps and driving corrective actions.
• Conduct timely performance reviews, offering feedback and development opportunities.
• Monitor daily operational KPIs, ensuring SLAs are met and operational risks are managed.
• Manage stakeholder engagement, escalation handling and governance forums to address service delivery challenges.
• Oversee workforce planning, capacity management and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Drive process optimisation, standardisation, automation and AI‑enabled solutions to improve efficiency and control.
• Partner with Business, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Audit teams to continuously strengthen the reconciliation model.

Required profile

• 12–15 years of experience in portfolio reconciliations, corporate loans or structured finance within middle‑office operations.
• 6–7 years of people‑leadership experience.
• Deep subject‑matter expertise in reconciliations, private credit, trade management, corporate actions, data management and derivatives.
