Senior Analyst – IM User Access Management

About the role

The Senior Analyst will strengthen user access security and compliance across global SAP S/4HANA systems while leading the UAM HUB team in India. The role is based in Bangalore and provides day‑to‑day direction and mentorship to remote team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate UAM HUB team operations, ensuring consistent delivery across dispersed members.
• Conduct security workshops, collect business requirements, and validate S/4HANA role designs.
• Develop UAM strategies for composite roles, Fiori tiles, business personas, and data‑masking concepts.
• Perform data validation, health checks, and produce compliance documentation.
• Design, test, and implement rule sets for SAP S/4HANA role design and support user account setup.
• Manage authorization defects, support cut‑over and hyper‑care activities, and ensure audit readiness.
• Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members while tracking KPIs and delivery dashboards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Risk Management, Compliance or Audit.
• 10–12 years of UAM experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead remote teams across India and drive accountability.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.

Required skills

• SAP GRC Access Control and Identity Management tools.
• End‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA implementation experience, including Fiori app security.
• Deep knowledge of SAP authorization concepts, SoD mitigation and remediation.
• Risk matrix/rule‑set maintenance, data analysis, conversion and migration.
• Familiarity with Confluence, JIRA and MS Teams.
