Analyst IM User Access Management

About the role

The Analyst IM User Access Management role strengthens user access security and compliance across global SAP S/4 HANA and ECC systems. You will support SAP security applications, investigate incidents, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure secure, compliant SAP environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support for SAP security applications, focusing on user access, roles, and authorizations management.
• Investigate and assist with SAP security incidents, queries, technical issues, and user access problems.
• Support role change management processes in both S/4 HANA and ECC.
• Collaborate with business owners, IT teams, and stakeholders to align security with business objectives.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in SAP security administration and user access control.
• Knowledge of GxP and SOX compliance frameworks and SAP authorization concepts (SoD, mitigation, remediation).
• Experience with change management processes and strong coordination skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and ability to work in a virtual/remote environment.
