About the role
The Manager of Accounts and Finance will oversee the financial health of our oil extraction operations in Tilda, Chhattisgarh. This senior position is responsible for daily accounting, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and tax obligations.
- Lead the accounting team and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Required profile
- 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Proven ability to manage financial reporting and budgeting for large operations.
- Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, GST, TDS, and income tax compliance.
