About the role
The Head Accountant will oversee the financial operations of a power plant, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and effective management of the accounting team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities and supervise accounting staff.
- Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls.
- Coordinate with auditors and handle external audit processes.
Required profile
- 8 to 12 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
