Manager – Accounting & Consolidations, Financial Services Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Manager to lead Accounting and Consolidations within its Financial Services Advisory practice in Mumbai. The role offers exposure to global finance teams and the chance to contribute to transformative projects, especially in the renewable energy sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage preparation and review of supporting schedules and financial analyses for statement disclosures.
• Maintain organized, well‑documented policies and procedures.
• Collaborate closely with BSG consolidation, corporate accounting, and professional accountant teams across portfolios.
• Respond to business and finance inquiries from internal stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Support complex accounting projects and contribute to renewable‑energy transformation initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA).
• Several years of experience in accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
