Maintenance Engineer – Daman

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Daman. The role focuses on ensuring the reliability of production machines through preventive and breakdown maintenance, helping to keep production running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Attend machine breakdowns and restore operations quickly.
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to the scheduled plan.
• Assist in mould/tool changeovers and machine setup.
• Maintain maintenance logs and spares usage records.
• Identify and report recurring machine faults to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Follow lock‑out/tag‑out (LOTO) and all safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards in the maintenance area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve machine reliability and reduce downtime.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in maintenance of production machinery.
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts.
• Commitment to safety procedures and accurate record‑keeping.
