Machine Operator II

About the role

We are looking for a Machine Operator II to join our production line at our Dhankot facility. The role focuses on operating surface‑mount technology (SMT) Fuji machines to assemble electronic components for automotive lighting and vehicle electronics.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, run and monitor SMT Fuji machines according to production schedules.
• Perform routine checks, adjustments and minor maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Inspect finished boards for quality, report any defects and take corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate production records and log any downtime.
• Collaborate with the engineering and quality teams to continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• ITI or Diploma in Electronics.
• 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with SMT equipment.
• Willingness to work a six‑day week.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Required skills

• Operation of SMT Fuji machines.
