Loss Prevention Executive

About the role

The Loss Prevention Executive is responsible for safeguarding the property, its guests, and assets through proactive security measures, emergency response, and strict compliance with safety policies.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms and monitor access points.
• Conduct emergency response drills, daily safety inspections, investigations, interviews, and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured zones.
• Assist guests and employees during emergencies, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS.
• Gather incident information, prepare confidential reports, and release data only to authorized personnel.
• Defuse disturbances, resolve safety hazards, handle complaints, and escort unwelcome persons.
• Ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws and proper code‑response procedures.
• Support management in training, coaching, and upholding the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy.

Required profile

• Physical ability to stand, walk, run, and lift up to 50 lb unassisted (75 lb with assistance).
• Fine motor skills for handling tools, equipment, and documentation.
• Capability to read and verify information in various formats, including small print.
• Willingness to obtain any state‑specific licensing or registration required for the role.
