Logistics Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to own the end‑to‑end logistics journey for a fast‑growing D2C business. You will ensure orders move smoothly across multiple regions while continuously improving efficiency through automation and data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage shipment tracking, courier escalations and daily logistics across seven warehouses.
• Handle Unicommerce operations such as embargoes, reshipments and order exceptions.
• Collaborate with the Customer Experience team to resolve delivery issues.
• Review weekly courier performance and drive process improvements.
• Automate repetitive tasks using AI, ClickPost, SagePilot, Unicommerce and other tools.
• Build scalable logistics processes to support business growth.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain or e‑commerce.
• Proactive problem‑owner who prefers solutions over status updates.
• Enjoys working with data and automating repetitive work.
• Comfortable collaborating with both people and systems.

Required skills

• Experience with Unicommerce, ClickPost or similar logistics platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with AI‑based automation tools (e.g., ClickPost, SagePilot).
