Litigation Advocate / Litigation Associate

About the role
MPartners is seeking two full‑time Litigation Advocates / Associates to join its Delhi office. The positions involve representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, conducting research, and supporting senior lawyers on a variety of commercial litigation matters.
Key responsibilities
- Appear in court on behalf of clients and act as second chair for senior counsel.
- Prepare, draft and review pleadings, motions, agreements and other legal documents.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research on Indian statutes, case law and regulations.
- Assist senior attorneys in case strategy development and client interaction.
- Manage multiple litigation files, track deadlines and ensure procedural compliance.
Required profile
- LLB from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in litigation and courtroom representation.
- Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a small team.
