Legal Executive – Litigation and Contract Management

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Legal Executive to oversee our litigation portfolio and manage the full contract lifecycle. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and organisational standards while supporting internal teams and external counsel.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, MoUs, NDAs and vendor contracts, ensuring legal compliance.
• Track and manage ongoing litigation cases, coordinate with external counsel, and prepare case briefs, legal notices and court documents.
• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on risks, rights and obligations under applicable laws and contracts.
• Assist with due‑diligence processes and risk assessments for current and prospective business transactions.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in litigation management and contract drafting/review.
• LL.B. from a recognised university (LL.M. preferred but not mandatory).
• Practical knowledge of civil, commercial and corporate law.

Required skills

• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce, logistics or corporate law contexts is desirable.
