About the role
We are looking for a Legal Executive to join our team and take charge of commercial agreements and compliance matters. The role involves drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts such as SaaS agreements, data processing addendums, master service agreements and NDAs, while supporting internal risk management.
Key responsibilities
- Review, draft, negotiate and vet commercial agreements (SaaS, DPA, MSA, NDA).
- Contribute to internal compliance and risk management frameworks.
- Update vendor registration forms and maintain related documentation.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders as needed.
- Maintain up‑to‑date internal trackers and documentation of deliverables.
- Perform final sanity checks on drafts, execution and documentation.
Required profile
- 3‑4 years of relevant legal experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and simplify legal concepts for non‑legal teams.
- Keen interest to learn and grow within the role.
Required skills
- Legal drafting and negotiation.
- Understanding of SaaS licensing, technology transfers and data privacy.
