About the role
Join Unilever’s Legal team in Bangalore as a Legal Associate, supporting the Europe and Greater Asia markets. You will work on high‑impact legal research, contract administration and innovative legal service delivery within a globally recognised in‑house legal function.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis for Unilever Europe and Greater Asia markets.
- Maintain accurate legal records, files and submit required documents to official entities.
- Assist in the management and administration of contracts, including simplification and innovation of contract processes.
- Engage with lawyers across Europe and Greater Asia to ensure consistent legal support.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with third‑party vendors, influencing the use of standard templates or adapting alternative templates as needed.
- Support the adoption of technology and GenAI tools to improve legal service delivery.
