Learning Deployment Specialist - Senior Associate (Contract)

About the role

EY is hiring a Learning Deployment Specialist (Senior Associate) for its GDS Talent Services L&D Hub, on a contract basis. You will coordinate the end-to-end deployment of learning programmes and projects for EY teams across regions and time zones, managing schedules, system setup, logistics, budgets, compliance and stakeholder engagement, and producing virtual sessions when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Build the initial course schedule, submit requests to schedule offerings and publish content in SuccessFactors, and support the execution of deployment plans and budgets
• Manage conference and event logistics, including training materials, participant nominations, cancellations and no-shows
• Act as first point of contact for course-related queries, manage learning mailboxes and referrals, and prepare facilitators
• Review the work of the Deployment Administration Team, manage SharePoint sites and support online modules, webcasts and virtual learning projects
• Advise on best practice for virtual classrooms, book venues and accommodation for residential courses, and ensure CE credits are awarded where applicable
• Support the budget, accruals, forecasts and actual costs of courses and projects, and monthly/annual finance requests from Enablement and Operations
• Build relationships with onshore and offshore colleagues, Deployment Administration, Portfolio Managers, facilitators and external suppliers, and coach the Deployment Administration team
• Analyse course evaluation feedback and consumption reports, document lessons learned and suggest improvements

Required profile

• Strong project management skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks at once
• Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work with many stakeholders
• Experience with Power BI, PowerApps and openness to learning AI tools is preferred

• Microsoft Office 365: Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and SharePoint
• A test to assess knowledge of these tools is part of the process
