Solar Course Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Solar Course Trainer to deliver both classroom and hands‑on training on Solar PV installation and related technical topics. The role involves preparing training materials, conducting practical demonstrations, and assessing trainee competence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct classroom sessions and practical workshops covering Solar PV systems, electrical wiring, and safety procedures.
• Prepare and deliver training materials, manuals, and practical activities.
• Assess trainees’ understanding through tests and hands‑on evaluations.
• Maintain a positive learning environment and effective communication with participants.

Required profile

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Civil, Mechanical, Fitter or Instrumentation, or B.Tech in a relevant engineering discipline, or M.Sc. Physics.
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience (2 years for B.Tech candidates).
• Certified Solar PV Installer (Suryamitra – SCG/J00101); trainer certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective training.
