Lead Product Manager - Enterprise Construction Data (CDE)

About the role

Trimble is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own how enterprise customers bring their data into Trimble Connect and how they experience, structure and govern it once it arrives. The role covers the data-experience and Common Data Environment (CDE) data domain end to end, partnering with senior engineering leaders and owning application-layer AI capabilities such as AI-assisted metadata, automated classification and smart import mapping. It sits in the AECO Platform department and is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Turn a fragmented set of data capabilities and integrations into a coherent product narrative aligned with Trimble Connect's global growth strategy.
• Design and deploy AI features in the data experience, including AI-assisted metadata generation, automated file classification and smart import mapping.
• Partner with senior engineering leaders on platform requirements, weighing architecture trade-offs across data models, authorization frameworks and APIs.
• Run strategic discovery with key users and C-level customer executives to validate platform capabilities.
• Represent Trimble Connect as an industry thought leader at major forums.
• Lead and align globally distributed cross-functional teams, turning complex data analysis and business goals into clear product milestones.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a platform Product Manager delivering B2B software products.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Bonus points for construction tech experience, knowledge of CDEs and BIM data management, and hands-on experience launching AI/ML features in enterprise SaaS.

• Systems thinking: synthesizing fragmented integrations into a unified, user-friendly platform.
