Lead Construction Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Construction Manager to direct all on‑site construction activities across civil, structural and mechanical disciplines. The role is accountable for delivering safe, high‑quality works on time and within budget while coordinating contractors, engineers, suppliers and stakeholders throughout execution, commissioning and hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all site construction activities for civil, structural, mechanical, piping and utility scopes.
• Develop execution strategies, construction methodologies and resource plans.
• Direct field teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient delivery of work packages.
• Oversee earthworks, foundations, concrete structures, roads, drainage, underground utilities and mechanical installations such as process equipment, HVAC, tanks and pumps.
• Coordinate interfaces between civil works and mechanical installations.
• Manage EPC/EPCM contractors, conduct performance reviews and lead progress meetings.
• Promote a zero‑accident safety culture, lead risk assessments, toolbox talks and incident investigations.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, budgets and control variations, claims and change orders.
• Ensure QA/QC processes, inspection plans and first‑time‑right execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale construction sites covering civil, structural and mechanical disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality, schedule and cost management in an EPC environment.
• Ability to coordinate multiple contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills to resolve field technical issues.
