Junior Site Supervisor – Waterproofing

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Site Supervisor specialized in waterproofing to oversee daily activities on multiple construction sites in Bengaluru. This field‑based position involves travelling to project locations, monitoring work progress, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Visit waterproofing sites regularly and supervise day‑to‑day activities.
• Monitor workers, verify surface preparation, and check application processes.
• Ensure adherence to work procedures and maintain quality standards.
• Capture site photos/videos and provide regular updates to the office.
• Track material usage, report requirements, and coordinate with site representatives.
• Identify and report issues, delays, or sub‑standard work promptly.
• Maintain daily site reports and liaise with customers or site owners when needed.

Required profile

• Freshers welcome; ITI/Diploma or Civil Engineering background preferred but not mandatory.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to travel across project sites and work outdoors.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and photo/video capture.
• Responsible, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Two‑wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
