Junior and Senior Building Engineers

About the role

Team Bryks is looking for Junior and Senior Building Engineers to lead site execution of high‑rise residential, commercial and hospitality projects in Bangalore and Amaravati. The role involves supervising civil construction activities, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring quality, safety and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day civil construction activities and execute work according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Plan and coordinate daily site operations, including RCC, structural and finishing works.
• Manage manpower, materials and site resources, and monitor workmanship, quality and safety.
• Track progress against project schedules, maintain execution records and resolve site‑execution issues.
• Coordinate inspections and collaborate with architects, consultants and subcontractors.

Required profile

• Junior Building Engineer: 3–5 years of building‑construction experience with good understanding of RCC and finishing works; able to supervise assigned work fronts.
• Senior Building Engineer: 8–12 years of experience on high‑rise/commercial/hotel projects; advanced RCC and finishing expertise; capable of managing major work fronts, manpower and subcontractors, and leading site teams.
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
